Richmond, Virginia is where the USA Financial Ltd funnels out all its robber baron riches into the City of London Corporation (British Empire). Charles will ignore how his mother protects Tony Blair through her Royal Prerogative over his vile attack on Iraq in 2003 which was mostly to protect the petrodollar!
